Great Experience at this Resort

The staff was very helpful . The food options in the buffet restaurant had a large selection. The beach was a short walk through the gardens. I enjoyed easy access to the beach and the lovely views from the cliff.
I noticed empty glasses near the bars in the morning.

my room included air conditioning, so the temperature was stable. The wifi signal was strong throughout the hotel. the hotel maintains gardens and two pools.

The swimming pool had a good size. Food had various options. The customer service I RECEIVED FROM all team members was excellent. My room's decoration was very nice and cleanliness was perfect.

The hotel has a great location on top of the cliff that leads to the beach. It is a SHORT walk down the stairs, a distance guests might find convenient. The views from the cliff are amazing and offer scenic experiences.

I found a large selection of international food at the main buffet restaurant. It is POSSIBLE to book meals at the smaller restaurants inside the resort. These restaurants offer table service and a quieter environment, WITH their own pool and bar.

Wonderful Family Holiday Experience

The animation team provided lively entertainment, especially for the children! Wesley Thomaz and Juliane from the kids club were really good. The location was amazing and the facilities were perfect. Grounds were spacious with excellent pool areas. Plenty of sunbathing areas were available.
I found the all-inclusive drinks average. An upgrade was necessary for a proper Piña Colada. It seems all drinks should be perfect without extra cost.

The main buffet restaurant offered a wide selection of international food. I appreciated the variety available daily. Smaller restaurants within the resort offered great food with dedicated table service.

The room in the M building provided a quiet environment, spread across the resort. The staff kept it very clean, which I valued. The rooms have been renovated, so they was fresh and well-kept.

All staff members were friendly, helpful, and knew their jobs. The reception staff provided assistance when needed. The animation team presented very talented dancers and entertainers.

the hotel grounds had spacious areas and well kept gardens. i found the pool areas were excellent with ample sunbathing spots (ideal for relaxation).
The all-inclusive drinks were average. Upgrading was necessary for a proper piña colada.

The beach access was GREAT. I enjoyed many activities AVAILABLE for families! The food was consistently good, I found a lot of variety at each meal. I tried something different every day.
The hotel offers all-inclusive, though I encountered long wait times. Even for a simple beer, it took over 15 minutes! Our room floor was NOT clean. It got much worse , and showed no sign of cleaning.
